Why wont my RV oven stay lit?
The pilot light may not stay lit if the thermocouple wires are too far from the pilot flame, like if they accidentally got bent back when you were cleaning. Without being close enough to sense the heat from the flame the thermocouple will fail to send the right signal back to the controller.

Why does the flame keep going out on my oven?
If the flame goes out repeatedly, or if it’s yellow at the tip, it’s getting too little air. If there’s a space between the flame and the pilot feed tube, it’s getting too much air.
