Why is water coming out of my kitchen faucet?
Kitchen faucet (two separate handles, pull-out hose, Price-Pfister Catalina model) is dripping from the faucet itself. I shut the water from below the sink, determined it’s a cold water, unscrewed the handle, removed and replaced the cartridge.
Why does my kitchen faucet thump when I turn it on?
The existing valve may be loose, forcing water to stop and start when you turn on the faucet. A kitchen faucet diverter thump that occurs when you turn on the sprayer can also sometimes be corrected by servicing the faucet.
Why does the handle on my faucet keep dropping?
Common reasons a faucet lever will keep dropping is if the handle is worn out, the set screw is loose or the cartridge stem is broken. A worn out handle is one reason your faucet handle drops. Handles have a small round hole on the bottom where they mount to the cartridge stem, which is a round rod on top of the cartridge.
Why does my water hammer stop when I Turn on the faucet?

What to do if your kitchen faucet is low?

Why does my kitchen faucet cut out when I run hot water?
Sometimes when I’m running water from my kitchen faucet, it will cut out for no apparent reason. It doesn’t seem to matter if I’m running hot or cold water (or a mixture), but does seem to happen more often if I’m running the faucet fully open. I can usually fix it by closing and opening the faucet a couple of times.
Why does my Kitchen Sink have low water pressure?
Faucets last for years, but they don’t last forever. If the internal parts go bad, the valves may not open completely, resulting in low or uneven water pressure. As a final check before you remove the faucet to see if it’s the cause, check the water supply lines beneath the kitchen sink.
