Why is there no power on my LCI?
If nothing is getting power I’m wondering if your trailer itself is getting power. If your batteries are depleted and you don’t have your trailer electrical connected to your tow vehicle then there isn’t any power getting to your trailer and is makes sense that nothing is working.
Why is the touch screen on my LCI not working?

What to do if your LCI screen is blank?
Double check the battery power on your trailer and the ground wire connection is bare metal to metal on your frame as this system will only operate when the battery connections are ideal. If you continue to have the screen issue, then you will need to replace the control module.
