Why is the salt level on my Aqua logic so low?

What is the default display on Aqua logic?
Turn power on at the main panel and turn the Aqua Logic control power circuit breaker on. The keypad will show the default display. The default display alternates between the day/time, air and pool (or spa) temperature, pool/spa sanitizer setting, and salt level.

Are there any amps above zero on AquaLogic?
Im guessing it is a bad cell but would like your feedback. Definitely not a K1 issue. You never see amps above zero when K1 is out. Those results are confusing. The numbers are varying all over the place, which is not what you normally see for a worn out cell.
