Is there a warranty on an intellichlor ic-40 cell?
Pentair says the warranty period for the new cell began when the old (original) cell was installed. So I got a cell that was manufactured less than three years ago, and only at 60% of its life. I would have thought Pentair could have at least given me a prorated discount.

Never add salt without first having the water tested independent of the Aqua Rite reading. Salt only leaves the pool from backwashing a filter, splash out, leak or removing water from the pool. If the Inspect Cell Light is the only LED light flashing, then you can reset it by simply holding down the diagnostic button for 3 seconds, then release.

Flow Light is Red The light should be green under normal operations. That means that proper flow is passing via the cell. If the light is red, that means that there is insufficient flow via the cell for the right operation.

Removed cell, cleaned as directed, even though the cell looked clean. The cell light begins flashing about five minutes after the pump is turned on. Not producing chlorine. All other lights are solid green. What to do? Which light on your cell is flashing?
