Why is my Zodiac V3 4WD not working?
Hi we have the Zodiac V3 4WD. We submerge it correctly but we still keep getting a error 8. We have reset the program..had the power on and off but still nothing. Have you any suggestions? Error code 10 is normally when the cleaner is not correctly connected to the control box or the cable or connectors have an issue.

How do you dismantle a Zodiac 4WD?
To dismantle the plug use pliers etc to unwind it off. Also the cap at the front which secures the plug to the base unit comes off by pulling/wiggling etc it forward. I trimmed my wires about 2 cm because they had “stretched” and left the 3 wires exposed just sticking out the rear of the plug.
How do you tighten the collar on a Zodiac V3?
The easiest way to do this is by plugging in the plug to the socket and tighten the Locking collar like it is normally inserted. Then unscrew the backing shell part of the plug that clamps onto the cable at the back of the plug that locks onto the cable. The plug should remain screwed into the socket by the locking collar.
