Is it normal for a softtube to leak?

Is it normal for a softub liner to leak?
I was a softub dealer about 7 years ago. Are you sure the liner itself is leaking? There are a some hose clamps that attach the pump to the piping I believe, you may be able to just tighten up the clamps. Depending on how much water is coming out, there is some condensation in this area, which is normal.
