Why is my Suntouch not sending power to the floor?
If control indicates a GFI trip, it will not send power to the floor. Reset the GFI by turning it off, then turn it back on. If it trips the GFI again… The control may be mis-wired. Check the wiring diagram on back of control. The UnderFloor panel may be damaged.
What does the O3 / UV indicator on Spa smart touch mean?
The O3/UV indicator is displayed when the spa sanitiser is active. The sanitiser runs in conjunction with the filtration pump except if buttons have been pressed on the touch panel (sanitiser is temporarily disabled). The COOL indicator is displayed if a heat pump is fitted and the spa is operating the heat pump for cooling.

What should I do if my touch screen is not working?
If you can reach to Settings, go to Home screen mode > choose Easy mode> Apply. It will refresh the screen. But if the problem still persists, then go to Application Manager > tap TouchWiz which you will find under All tab. Clear its data and cache to bring it back to its default settings.

Is there a switch on the valve actuator?
There is a small switch on the valve actuator. Note the current position of the switch and then try switching it to one side and then the other. If the actuator has power the valve will switch one way when the switch is one way, and the other way when the switch is the other way. The middle position is off.
