Why is my bathroom tap stiff?

But this bathroom tap has no screw, and have opened it maximum and turned it anticlockwise, with maximum force, and it still will not unscrew. Also tried to rotate them ‘half’ spheres which are on the tap, and they are attached to the whole tap.
What to do if your shower water comes up through the sink?
Put some down sink with water as advised on the instructions and wait an hour or so. Beware that the soda solution will also come back up the shower and it will generate a bit of heat. Do flush with lots of water before using shower or sink and keep off skin etc.
