The water will move through the boiler slower and should get hotter. Also check on the boiler that the hot water circuit is set to its maximum. Big Al.

Water pressure on an outside tap is just over 4 bar so opening a second hot tap is not good for the shower. With the shower running and a basin hot tap running the burner takes a lot longer to cut but when it does, the water remains hot, even on the cut duration.

What’s the normal flow rate for a combi boiler?
That’s all… You have to remember the cold water at around 12c must go thru the hot water heat exchanger then eventually you’ll get the hot coming thru,for that boiler you’ll get a 35c temp rise at a flow rate of 12.3 litres per min…. So 30 secs or a basin full of water is normal and nothing to worry about…
