The most common reason for low or no flow is that the baskets are full of debris. *Always turn the pump off before you remove the baskets, if your pool pump is below water level you will need to close the valves in front of the pump and set the multiport valve on the filter to ‘closed’.

Moved into new house 6 months ago, got the pool guys to change few things including new salt chlorinator. Got Astral E25 salt chlorinator installed 4 months ago. Working well. Few days ago, noted sign “no flow” on the screen. Had pool water checked recently, slightly low on the salt content so added the usual amount.
