Why does my pool chlorinator say no flow?
The most common reason for low or no flow is that the baskets are full of debris. By checking and emptying both the skimmer basket (by the pool) and the pump basket (inside the pump) this will free up the water flow, allowing the system to fully ‘prime’ and function at full capacity.
Why does my Hayward pool have no flow?
One interesting comment from the Hayward tech support was that my panel down by the pool should read that the chlorinator is off and no flow but it does not – ONLY my base unit (remote) and my handheld remote are displaying that the cell is off and not the panel for some reason. Hayward never did call me back after disconnecting me.
Why does my Jandy pool have no flow?
An old problem has come back again. No Flow with the Jandy Aquapure Handheld and the LCD panel one green light on and no error codes which I used to get in the past. The sensor is only about a year and a half old. The Chlorine cell is about 4 years old.
Why does my check system say no flow?
My check system light is on and despite adding a lot of salt my reading is still saying very low salt and stuck at 2200 ppm. The system is saying NO FLOW and Chlorinator is off despite being set at 95% and super chlorinate activated – It is as if my system is not recognizing the new cell was installed.
Why is the flow light not working on my Jandy aquapure?
There is a button on the daughter board that you push to reset the sensor. Actually it is supposed to re-calibrate the salinity sensor. Once the unit comes on line, about 4 min, push and hold that button till the flow light on the board comes back on. OK so it is working now!
Is there a no flow light on my pool filter?
When we turned our filter on recently, the red ‘no flow’ light was illuminated on the display board. I took the cell off and examined it–it looks squeaky clean, no dirt, debris, or buildup of any kind, and doesn’t look worn at the edges at all. Tried rinsing it with water, to no avail; cleaned with a water/HCl solution, and the light is still on.
What does no flow mean on Aqua rite pool?
The no flow would tell us that the switch is not engaging. Check the wire going from the flow sensor in the pipe to the control box, if the wire is cut (either chewed by an animal, hey it happens, or weed wacked by careless grounds keepers) then you can try a splice.
What does the no flow light on TFP mean?
The no-flow light really has nothing to do with the cell directly. There is a flow switch that makes sure water is flowing before the cell will turn on and seeing the no-flow light means that the switch isn’t seeing a flow. It’s either defective or the screen is clogged and not allowing enough water to pass through. Welcome to TFP!!
