Why does my hot tub keep beeping and cutting out E02 warning?
This is more relevant for Lay-Z-Spa hots tubs although other brands do have this fault function. The pump housing displays an E02 warning which will cut off the pump and heating system, or the housing just cuts out altogether. TOP TIP: Reset the device after you try each common issues below for E02! Have you changed your filter recently?
Why is my hot tub turning on and off?
I did notice that the tub is going through the 2 hour filter cycle in the morning however I cant confirm if it going through the 2 hour filter cycle 12 hours later as stating in the manual. Any ideas as to why this is happening? It’s likely checking it’s water temp.

Click to expand… I’d check the manual to see if there are other modes. On mine, I can set Economy mode so it hardly ever checks. The temp will drop until the next filter cycle then it’s raised. I can raise it manually by hitting the jets on. It heats pretty fast.
