The condition of your hot tub’s components such as the water heater, pump, cover and even the jets affect how quickly your hot tub will reach its ideal temperature. If some of these components are wearing out or damaged, it can take much longer to reach the temperature you desire.

What to do if your heat pump is not working?
First of all, just check and make sure your unit was not accidentally switched to a/c mode. Next, check your outdoor unit is not iced over (see Heat Pump Troubleshooting Problem #1). If not, your system may have a valve problem, a refrigerant charge issue, or a compressor problem.
Is the FL1 button on my hot tub working?
Since the display is working and the icons show that the pumps are on when you push the jet button, the system is working, just no power feeding the components. FL1 should be a situation where the low speed pump just continually runs, but not heat. Start with a new fuse.

How to turn off pump 1 on the ThermoSpas?
Pump 1 Pump 1 is a 2 speed pump. Pressing once puts the pump into low speed, indicated on the LCD by a slow moving pump icon . Pressing a second time activates Pump 1 to high speed (icon moves faster). To turn off, press a third time (icon disappears from the LCD).
Is there a warranty on ThermoSpas spa pillows?
ThermoSpas does not provide warranty coverage for bleaching or discoloration of spa pillows. I have done everything I could and my water is still off-balance. ThermoSpas offers free computerized testing of your water.
How does the ThermoSpas work in standard mode?
Pressing the ‘Pump 1’ button will change the mode to Standard and display the Economy-in-Standard icon. The spa will automatically revert to Economy mode after one hour (or instantly if you press ‘Mode/Prog’). Sleep Mode heats the spa to within 20° of the temperature set-point, but only during filtration cycles.
