On Caldera Utopia® Series spas, the logo light serves as a helpful and visible diagnostic tool. When the diagnostic logo light shines orange and gray, the spa water is within 2° Fahrenheit of the set temperature and ready to enjoy. When the spa senses an issue, the diagnostic logo light may turn off, blink, or the colors may flash independently.

What’s the best way to refill a hot tub?
Rinse the filter clean with a garden hose, spraying from all angles to ensure you’ve washed away all debris. Replace the filter and lock the handle. Do not overtighten. Refill your hot tub. You can refill your hot tub by putting the hose in the spa and turning on the water.
How long does it take to refill a hot spring?

What to do if your hot tub is not in summer logic?
Also check to see that your spa is not in Summer Logic (spa water reaches 2 DEGREES above the set temperature). If your spa is in Summer Logic, cool the water off by opening the cover and or adding some cold water to the spa. If neither of these are the case you could have a bad Flow Switch or a bad connection to the Flow Switch.
