Why do my hazards work but not my turn signals?

Hey there, I’m having a very similar problem but i have tried the flasher relay fuses and the multi function switch and still no turn signals nor hazards. 97 F350 7.3, So I hook up my plow today and when checking the lights I realize I have no turn signals, rear brake lights and hazards. My 3 brake light does work above the bed.

Where do the brake lights and turn signals go?
I could be wrong but I do believe the turn signals and brake lights all run through the multifunction lever. AKA the turn signal lever….. So you’re thinking that could be bad? I have had to replace them on chevrolets and one of our Macks. We couldn’t keep things simple we had to run brake lights and hazards through the turn signal lever.
