My brand new Jandy Jxi 400 wouldn’t start up the very first time we tried to use it. 1st Jandy says it’s because we don’t have the proper gas feed – 30’ @ 1 1/4” was plenty, but we upgraded to 1 1/2” after waiting 2 weeks for SoCal Gas and my plumber to be available to meet on the same day.

Warranty is only 1 year, pool season is short, roll the dice. So now we have to pay our electrician again to come fix our brand new heater.
