I have 1994 Winnebago Vectra Diesel Pusher and I’m having trouble with the lights not working off the coach batteries. I can get all appliances and lights to work when I’m plugged in, but not when it’s unplugged.

Doubt it is bad with your other problems. The tailights, four way flashers and brake lights are or should be hot all the time. that elimantes problem with ignition switch. Sounds like there is no power to the fuse for the tailights and no power from the stop/hazard fuse.
