Why are my rear Jacks not retracting?

Another Lippert question: our rear jacks won’t retract unless we use manual mode. Lippert says it is the cold weather and that we need to spray the jacks and retract once a week. Any suggestions on silicone spray? Headed on a cross country trip next month and sure to have issues……. Location:Where ever the wheels stop ?
