Why are my hot tub jets not turning off?
Airlocks and blockages are the most common causes of jets not working. Airlocks most often occur when a hot tub has recently been refilled. In this case, jets should be turned on and off a few times in a row in order to push out any air that may be trapped within them.

If the tubing from the button to the motor develops a leak while it’s on you can’t shut it off and vis-versa. Master Spas come programmed to run the circ pump 24 hours. Is this a new issue? The ‘circ pump’ is the small pump that runs the heater and has a dedicated return.
