It’s a great hot tub when it’s working, but apparently Artesian cares more about new sales than it does about satisfaction after the sale. All in all, I regret the purchase, and wish I had gotten a Master or Hot Springs instead.

It was replaced under warranty, sure, but it took two months because the part had to be ordered from Artesian and it was back-ordered.
