To reinstall, first wipe away any crud or plastic “sawdust.” Test putting the metal clip into the top slots in the new diverter. Take the clip out for now. Next push bottom of the new diverter onto sprayer tube/hose. Next PUT THE NEW O-RING in the top of the new diverter. Push the diverter up onto the underside of the faucet.
