On most refrigerators the defrost drain tube and drain hole is located inside the freezer at the bottom back. Look in the freezer near the bottom and locate the drain tube and the drain hole. There may be a panel made from plastic that covers the drain tube and hole. Remove the panel with a screwdriver if applicable.

How do you install drain cups on a Dometic air conditioner?
Install the cups first (you will probably need to remove a 1/4″ hex head screw near or underneath each the two cup mounting locations). Use a couple of the provided screws to mount the cups to the underside of the A/C base pan. You are centering each one on the drain spouts.
