Where is the drain valve on a Winnebago?
Winnebago usually mounts a 1/2″ or 3/4″ brass ball valve directly to the fresh water tank, rather than run lines to a small diameter plastic valve. It will be someplace (under or inside furnishings or cabinet, or in a bin) where you have direct access to the tank to service fresh water plumbing and the water pump.
What to do when your water tank is not working?
If all else fails, just turn on a faucet or two for several minutes, emptying the fresh water tank into the gray and black tanks, then dump them. Or, do you have an outside shower?

When to turn off fresh water tank in RV?
If you are hooked to city water and leaving your RV, we strongly recommend turning off your water at the city inlet. If you are using water from your tank instead – always turn the pump switch off, prior to leaving! It has happened to many people – they come home to open their RV door and a flood of water gushes out! Opps!!!!!
