Where is the coolant temp sensor on a Maxus?
MAF sensor will be on the big pipe that goes from the air filter to the engine, but it wasn’t fitted on one of the variants (can’t remember if it was euro 3 or 4). Not sure where the coolant temp sensor is as i’ve never owned a maxus, try looking for things attached to the pipes near the thermostat.
Why does my Maxus not start all day?
The maxus starting problems in the cold and the summer (where once started will start all day)are nearly always related to two items. Starter motor. The crap batteries fitted to the maxus are only 750cca and are not up to the job. The proper ones are the same as in the link below. You can get them from a few sources.
Does the FlO2 display tell me to replace flow switch?
Standing by. the tub is a 2005 majesta series 880 by sundance. yes i am at the tub now. i do have the panel open Thank you for that information. That means that your particular hot tub uses a flow switch to detect flow through the heater. FLO2 in your case, means the flow switch was closed before the circulation pump started.
Why does my LDV Maxus not start from the key?
When the engine is warm it will start from the key no issues at all. When the engine cools, same problem. Replaced all the glow plugs and checked the circuit to ensure the glow plugs were actually working. From reading these posts its sounds like an issue with the crankshaft sensor.

Why does my LDV Maxus start at 215 degrees?
If the ecu thinks its 215 degrees it won’t be putting enough fuel in for a cold start. If with the temp sensor unplugged it still wont start, look for a short in the coolant temp wiring somewhere can I ask, did you get to the bottom of this fault as it sounds exactly like the problem I have at present?
