This heater is still rolling out after i cleaned the orifices and burners. the rollout happens right under the rollout switch which i assume is by design.

Cleaning the soot required a brush, as expected, but also poking through many small gaps with the small plastic tube from an air can. (The tube from a WD40 can should work as well, but spraying WD40 in would be a bad idea.)
Is the rollout switch on my Raypak 156 open?
I have a Raypak 156 heater on my spa powered by propane. I replaced the rollout switch, but it opened again after a few uses, suggesting the switch was doing its job properly. When to replace the roll out sensor on a Raypak?
Check and make sure that all the burners are firing properly and blue. Roll out occurs when either the exchanger is sooted up, or you have one or more clogged burners. Roll out sensor is one time use, no reset and must be replaced (if it is open). Yes, my rollout sensor is currently toast and needs to be replaced.
When do you roll out the roll out switch?

The rollout switch is activated when something like wind causes the flames to shoot out towards the front of the unit.
