Raypak “Residential” pool & spa heaters are designed and built for installation in applications where the intention of its use is to heat a pool or spa of a single family dwelling. Its use in an application other than this may shorten its life.
How do you replace a Raypak front door heater?
1. Turn off the power to the heater. 2. Turn off the gas to the heater. 3. Remove front door. 4. Remove the four screws on the side of the heater holding the control panel. See Fig. 1and Fig. 2. 5. What do you need to know about Raypak heat exchange?
All materials used in the manufacturing of an A.S.M.E. Heat Exchange, copper finned tubing, tube sheets and even stud bolts, are brought into Raypak, and held for inspection by a State Inspector. Raypak is charged for every visit by this inspector.
