When to buy a Jayco Jay Flight RV?
Purchased fall of 2019. Purchased with both ac/ heating units.Used through the winter and summer months. Works great in all seasons in Virginia. Towing very well behind a Nissan Titan xd diesel. Interior is spacious.
What kind of lighting does Jayco Jay Flight use?
The lighting is antiquated and way too big for where it is. Over the sofa and the banquet are these residential size ceiling lights. try and sit down and stand up without hitting your head on them. the windows are huge which is what I fell in love with but they’re only single pane and will look like someone was spraying water on the inside.
Is the oven okay in a Jayco RV?
The oven is very small and will not fit most pants, however, it does work pretty well as do the three burners. The fan overhead is very loud, as is the single AC unit which works better when the weather is cooler. The furnace is okay as long as all of the ductwork is in perfect shape.
Where is the water pump on a Jayco RV?
Under the oven is a cabinet for just the water pump. The back corner of the countertop between the fridge and the back wall is all wasted space underneath because whoever installed the PEX and the hot water heater must have just been piecing little pieces together. The plumbing is unprofessional at best.
What causes water to leak in Jayco RV?
LEAKS from the beginning when new. The first thing was the shower doors from when it was new leaked on the floor. There wasn’t any silicone on the the bottom of the doors fixed my self. Then we noticed water by the slideout after 2 years, discovered it was leaking around the window I silicone it myself.

Are there any problems with Jayco Jay Flights?
Toilet seal was put together crooked,just had a couple cabinet doors fall off the hinges/screws stripped out,bathroom door handle fell off,cabinet door latches don’t even line up,bedroom door doesn’t shut properly. These are the problems we have come across in 2 months….I’m sure there will be more.
Are there any problems with Jayco camper lights?
I am now dealing directly with Jayco. Out of the 12 lights in the camper one is currently working. Two of the blinds strings have broken, the kitchen Faucet is leaking, the backsplash in the kitchen is falling off,and one of the propane hoses from the bottle to the regulator let go.
Is the furnace okay in a Jayco RV?
The furnace is okay as long as all of the ductwork is in perfect shape. The bedroom is frustratingly small but again if you don’t live in this full time then this would work out great. There’s a lot of wasted space.
