The pool heater was purchased in June 2018 and in August just 2 months later the heater stopped working and water was leaking out of it.

My brand new Jandy Jxi 400 wouldn’t start up the very first time we tried to use it. 1st Jandy says it’s because we don’t have the proper gas feed – 30’ @ 1 1/4” was plenty, but we upgraded to 1 1/2” after waiting 2 weeks for SoCal Gas and my plumber to be available to meet on the same day.
