They advertise themselves to be a superior American builder of recreational vehicles and brag about their level of commitment to their customers but it is all a front. My wife and I purchased a new 2014 Jayco Redhawk 31XL on March 1, 2014 and took our first trip with the kids at the end of the month.
What should I do about my Jayco Redhawk?
Contacted Jayco and they were not less than helpful with their reply. Basically a sorry for that, take it to the dealer. A follow-up has gone unanswered and the dealer told us last week they are having issues with getting Jayco to tell them how to install the missing support beneath the shower.

Bought from reputable dealer in NV Johnnie Walker. Coach exceeds my expectations as a woman and Jayco has just about thought of everything especially for a woman’s view right down to a place for a coffee pot, ample cabinets, low switch height (for a 5 foot gal). Rides and drives like a dream, cross ventilation window placement, quality all around!
Where are the electrical screws on a Jayco Redhawk?
On the table/ bench area, the bench closest to the front has electrical installed inside it. The screws that were used to mount the junction box to the bench had screws that were way too long, and were poking the material outward. How this didn’t rip through the fabric is beyond me, and I consider this a lucky break that I caught it.

Good Luck, there are some very good coaches out there. All of our contact with Jayco thus far has been in writing. They have only responded once however. The dealership has been great but is also having issues with getting Jayco to respond to their inquiries on how to fix the shower issue.
