What should I do if my ALDE heat pump is not working?
If you have the 3020 Compact system, it could be the pump as above, or it could be the wrong pump configured in the software. On the Alde control panel, from the Main Menu, go to Settings> Up Arrow> Installed Accessories. On a Bailey Unicorn Cordoba, untick all options on both pages of Installed Accessories except for Main Manual 12V .

Just had a look on the control panel and no symbol coming up to show that 240v is connected which I take it could be the problem.
