At my other house have different chlorinator. It went out after three years (transformer). I was able to call the company get through on first try. I sent the unit back to the company they repaired it for a very reasonable price and paid the return shipping.

How much does a Hayward Goldline pool system cost?
Mind you I paid $1000 for the system $150 for install, nearly $100 in salt and I was still having to shock and chlorine the pool while i waited for them to come out. The technician ended up leaving and not doing anything.
