What is the Lo code on my Hayward pool heater?

I have Hayward H150FDN Universal H-Series, Low NOx, 150,000 BTU, Natural Gas, Pool and Spa Heater and I am getting a LO code with is a flow problem. I have my intermatic timer set for 755am to turn on and give my equipment power, then at 8am the Hayward pump turn on.

Do you need to backwash several times to clear the Lo code?

Have a new H250FDN–got the LO code and backwashed and cleared it–next day had to vaccum as pool was dirtier than normal (since waiting for new heater). Backwashed for 5 min but cannot clear LO code now. Do I need to backwash several times you think?
