How much does it cost to replace a Raypak roll out sensor?
Switch is a one time use and needs to be replaced AND THE PROBLEM FIXED! Dont just replace the roll out sensor and expect it to work for long. Dont pay more than about 15 dollars for it either. Historically, the exact same Jandy part (R0012200) is a fraction of what Raypak had wanted. Shine a light down from the top, and take that picture again.

This heater is still rolling out after i cleaned the orifices and burners. the rollout happens right under the rollout switch which i assume is by design.

Bought this for a raypak 406-A after getting an error message saying the rollout switch was open. Part was easy to remove and reinstall and the heater is back up and working. Bought a back up in case it happens again.

It may be a good idea to contact the installer and see if they are a warranty person for Raypak so they can diagnose what has caused the issue.
