Why does my pool pump not spin the impeller?
Kill the power, open the strainer, pull the basket, and see if you can’t spin the impeller with your fingers. It could be the start capacitor. It’s an easy fix. Do a youtube search on replacing start capacitor on pool pump. Several come up. thanks guys. will try spinning the impeller and see if the capacitor is the issue.
