What does a flashing Flo on a circ pump mean?
Typically Solid FLO msgs are related to a blockage, bad Flow switch and or connection, summer logic, bad PWA. Typically the circ pump would be off with a Solid FLO. A Flashing FLO msg could mean other things like a soiled filter, low water level, stuck weir door (not enough water supply to circ pump).

What does Flo mean on a hot water heater?
If it is hot you have a flow issue, or if it stays hot after the pump is shut off either the pressure switch has stuck close (see FLO error codes above) or the relays on the board have stuck shut sending continuous power to the heater.
