The unit is reporting that your Chlorine generator has a problem and needs your attention. You will need to go out to the pool equipment and wait for the Aqua Pure to display a 3 digit code, This code will direct you to the problem.

I recently added iAqualinks 2.0 to my Aqualinks controller, everything works great, however the iAqualinks does not see the AquaPure. When I click on AquaPure on the web control, I get the following message: “AquaPure not found: Check AquaPure RS485 and power connections.”

I suspect that you have a jumper in the wrong position in either the AquaLink or the OneTouch.

Could be IP addressing issues, could be WIFI password and encryption issue. Clearly Eero and iAqualink don’t work together well. Can you go back to your Apple wireless and return the Eero?

• After ensuring the above information is saved disconnect the iAqualink from the USB cable and connect the iAqualink back to the aqualink 485 network.
