What causes fuel to come out of a gas canister?
I think the vent line is completely closed probably in the canister. This causes fuel to be pushed out of the tank through the return line from its tube in the bottom of the tank to the canister. Let the gas tank pressurize up and disconnect the tank vent line at the canister.
