It might be that the problem is on the bottom wiper seal area underneath the slide room that isn’t insulated or sealed properly. That pretty much speaks to a lack of insulation in that area. It could be repaired by taking that area apart from the inside and putting insulation in there.
Is the back of my Jayco camper warm?
