So, if you’re running into this, where your spa is actually hotter than where you want it to be, keep in mind also that the spa is really designed to run at 100 degree or above.

What do you need to know about owning a hot tub?
In addition, Master Spas has a library of resources like how-to videos to make owning a hot tub as relaxing as using one. A hot tub needs a solid, level surface that can support the weight of a hot tub when filled. Master Spas recommends that a hot tub be placed on a reinforced concrete pad.
What to do if your hot tub is heating up?
If the light is on or the indicator icon is moving, the hot tub should be heating. Wait a reasonable amount of time (approximately 1 hour) to see if the water temperature is changing. During this time, make sure the insulating cover to your spa is on and secured. Reset power to the spa at GFCI breaker.
Is the mas560 topside control panel still available?
Please note the topside MAS560 is no longer available – please refer to the ML900 topside. Can a Master Spa control panel be replaced?
We carry all available hot tub control panel replacement for Master Spas including but not limited to the Down East, Freedom, H2X Trainer, Legacy, Swim Spas and the Twilight Series Hot Tub. (Master Spa Part replacement overlays are sold separately.) Please note the topside MAS560 is no longer available – please refer to the ML900 topside.
