Why is my Hayward h400idl2 heater not working?
Then I replaced the pressure and vacuum switches, but no luck. Then I opened up the top of the heater and found the tubes were disconnected from the blower and vent assemblies – DUH, should’ve checked those before replacing the switches!! So I reattached them and VIOLA! It fired right up!
When do I Blow / sick on tuning, AO code goes away?
When I blow/ sick on tuning AO code goes away temporarily but does not ignite and error code returns Based on your description if the burner fires up when you jump the switch leads there’s a high probability you need to replace the switch Ok, then you probably have a bad board given your description so far.

Which is the right part number for the h400idl2 blower?
IDXL2BWR1931 is the right part number for the blower. This blower is 120V For heaters built after 2004. Thanks for the reply, Hayward! So just to confirm, would the other P/N IDXL2BWR1932 not work with my setup even though it already has a 120V blower & control board?
