Is the forest river are pod a dealer?
Although they are not an RPod dealer, they have done much to help us. There has been a series of issues with the RPod which have greatly undermined my confidence in my camper. So far, our 6 month old camper has had considerable problems .

Are there any problems with the forest river travel trailer?
Beginning with a defective tongue lift, we found ourselves with a heather that was so loud, we stopped using it and plugged in a stand alone. (Reported to be a piece of packing plastic inside the unit). We have experienced a water leak which flooded the rear storage compartment. (Break at the city water inlet).
Where can I buy a forest river traler?
After much research, we decided to purchase a 2017 Rpod 179 from a dealer in Mesquite, Texas. Although the dealer is approximately 300 miles from our home in San Antonio, we felt confident that the combined quality of the traler and the assurance that we “could take it to any Forrest River dealer for service”‘, we would be safe.

Is the customer service at Forest River good?
The design and layout is great but the factory craftsmanship is poor, Forest River does not support their customer, and PoulsoboRV will not do ANYTHING on their own. Really great customer service all around don’t you think?
Why was Forest River sent out this way?
VERY POOR consideration for the customer by Forest River and/or PoulsboRV, which ever was supposed to clean the unit. But why was it sent out this way? 14: The hot water is so hot it will scald you. I asked if it could be turned down.
What to look for in a forest river unit?
Sawdust and construction debris in all the storage areas, in the storage lockers, in the hot water tank area, in the water pump area, in the drawers, in the over counter storage areas….. Looks like the only thing done by Forest River and PoulsboRV was to vacuum the floor that you could see. COMMENT: My wife spent a day cleaning the unit.
