How to troubleshoot a jandy pool heater?

Verify circulating pump is on and that there are no water flow restrictions to the heat pump. Make sure all necessary valves are open or in the proper positions to allow proper water flow to the heat pump. Verify filter and skimmers are clean. Check for water level in the pool.

Why is the flow light not working on my Jandy aquapure?

There is a button on the daughter board that you push to reset the sensor. Actually it is supposed to re-calibrate the salinity sensor. Once the unit comes on line, about 4 min, push and hold that button till the flow light on the board comes back on. OK so it is working now!

Why does my Jandy pool have no flow?

An old problem has come back again. No Flow with the Jandy Aquapure Handheld and the LCD panel one green light on and no error codes which I used to get in the past. The sensor is only about a year and a half old. The Chlorine cell is about 4 years old.

If this does not correct the problem, call for service. When the head pressure builds too high, the high pressure switch will open causing the heat pump to shut off immediately. The control will sense this fault condition and shut off the compressor until the switch re-closes.

When to use the jumper on Jandy aquapure?

Check the software revision by pressing the up arrow, down arrow and salinity buttons simultaneously. If it’s 02110A10, then you don’t use the jumper. If it’s any other revision, then you do use the jumper.
