What kind of paint to use on Camper cabinets?
Answer: We used an oil-based paint on the Coleman camper cabinets. You can read more about that here. You don’t have to use an oil-based paint, but you will get a far more durable finish. Oil-based paints are often used on trim work, because they can withstand abuse.
How long does it take to paint on epoxy in RV?
Luckily, the one-quart container was plenty for two solid coats of the whole area. The instructions for the paint-on epoxy state that you have to put the second coat on about 3 hours after putting on the first one.
