How old is Heartland Elkridge 5th wheel trailer?
We had maintained the 5th wheel well and there was no evidence of leaks, when the dealer looked at it they found that all the walls were completely rotten and moldy and the floor as well. This trailer as only 8 years old!!! Would not recommend. Did you find this useful?

How did heartland Elkridge get rid of the water?
Solution we were given, high power fans to dry everything out & put the wood veneer tape back on the front of the drawer under the fridge. The fridge is in the tipout & were told that the water did not make it below the flooring. Pretty sad when you spend $65,000 on a trailer & only had it for 4 months. Not impressed. How to troubleshoot an electric refrigerator in an RV?
1 First, check circuit breakers and fuses at the panel, then check the outlet at the back of the refrigerator for voltage. 2 Next, verify that 12 Volts DC is present at the back of the refrigerator. Is there a warranty on a heartland Elkridge?
At 8 years old back wall is separating from side wall. This is a structural issue on a lightly used, never abused unit. When contacting Heartland I was informed that they have a 1 year warranty. Less than happy with lifespan, rep I spoke with was not customer orientated and definately not sympthetic or helpful. Never again!
