Where is the leak in the pool return line?
The leak is approximately 8.5″ out from one of the pool jets in the return line. After tunneling under the pool deck the leak is about 1/2″ from the outer edge of the pool exterior wall and on the top side of the pvc pipe. I can see it but cant reach it.

Is there some kind of liner I can push through the jet to seal this leak or is there some other method other than cutting out the concrete above the leak.

Go to YouTube for some videos on pool line pressure testing. Hire American Leak Detector for ~300$. Than make holes in concrete above leak. If you can solder copper pipes, if you can not place automotive rubber hose with 2 stainless clamps on each side and put some kind of black abs glue…
