Why does my Norcold fridge not cool on LP?

If you have prior experience, it’s just plug and play. We have a new teardrop camper with a Norcold N3104 fridge that won’t cool on LP. It works perfectly on shore power or battery. When I select LP the pilot light ignites, stays lit for hours but does not cool.
