What do you need to know about valve actuator?
If you don’t want it to operate through the full 180 degree turn then there are instructions telling you how to adjust the Cams internally to allow the movement to operate through any position up to the 180 degree. Very simple setup, I need to change it from 180 degree to 90 degree by learning from the youtube. Only lasted two years. The product worked fine out of the package, but the internal gears failed after two years.

You’d simply swap out what you have with a new actuator and plug the wire into your automation panel. Easy enough if you wish to do that. Then you could buy the switches and rebuild what you have as a spare. These actuators are actually fairly easy to rebuild in the field.
Why is my Pentair COMPOOL cva-24t valve stuck?
So, I turned the CVA-24T toggle switch opposite to ON1 and then turned it back to ON2. It’s stuck at about 25 degrees. Not sure what that tells me except something is not working in the system. Not sure if this test confirms it is these digikeys or cams.
