When I plugged the pump into the extension cord I was able to get the the jets to turn on. I then plugged the tub back into its original power source and it worked. I turned the jets on and off several times and everything seemed fine.

What happens if my jetted tub is not working?
If you access the plumbing system to try and fix this problem, you may void your jetted tub’s warranty. If the jets in your tub are not working properly (or are not working at all), you may have a secondary issue on top of this primary problem.
