How does a hot tub light come on and off?
If you have an older tub that uses Air Switches to turn the light on and off, the first thing to check is the switch itself. An air switch is operated by a white button on the top of the spa shell that when pushed, sends a pulse of air to activate the switch.
Why does my hot tub control panel keep blinking?
If there is any condensation, dry it off. A blinking red light on the control panel may indicate it needs to be reset. For most models, you will need to turn off the power to the spa for a minute or two and then turn it back on again. Turn on the lower amp breaker first if you have a hot tub powered by 240 volts.
Why is my hot tub high limit switch not working?
If the water temperature inside the high limit switch thermowell is higher than the water temperature in the rest of the spa, you may have calcium buildup on the thermowell. The resulting low water flow can impact the high limit switch functioning.
What to do if your hot tub is not working?
If it is 120 volts of household power, simply unplug it and then plug it back in after a couple of minutes. If both red and green lights are blinking, this could indicate low water flow. Resetting the spa by turning off the power, waiting and turning it back on is likely to resolve the issue.

Why does my jacuzzi not turn on when I push the button?
When you push the button the air pocket in the tube pushes the switch to turn the motor on. The tube has either cracked or fallen off of one end. Hopefully it is the motor end which should have an access panel to get to the motor. That may be in the next room over or closet.
